commercial building
As the construction team for the project, Oliver Boreal’s duty to control all aspects of the building construction inc design.
The project
The building was suffering form advanced concrete decay and heavy water ingress. The client’s brief was to, provide a building was
- i) Structurally sound ii) prevent water ingress.All on a tight budget
The solution was installing a 10,000 Sqft pitched roof, over the existing, flat roof. & Installing over 10,000 Kg of structural steel into the existing structure.
